A vintage, Swedish flat weave wool rug made by Ingegerd Silow with woven initials (IS) at a corner. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The main field features a geometric medallion whose motifs are repeated on the shorter edges enclosing the composition. The rug is rendered in shades of blues, beige, brown, ivory and gray. Beautiful fringe on the vintage looking rug’s top and bottom part is a nice finishing touch, which gives it even more charm.
