Iran is famed for the exquisite talent of local weavers and ancient weaving traditions, which can be traced back to antiquity and early Medieval times. The high quality of Bakshaish  rugs combined with stunning designs makes them one of the most sought after pieces of decor.

This stunning Bakshaish rug was woven by a skilled artisan in the mid 20th century, circa 1950. Made The rug boasts a stunning pattern, inspired by traditional Iranian designs.
