A mid-century, Swedish flatweave wool rug made by Svensk Hemslöjd with woven initials ‘SH’ at a lower corner. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The rug displays a geometric pattern composed of rows of squares, each surrounded by eight smaller squares. The color palette consists of saturated red, beige, gray and yellow. The Scandinavian style enchants with its unpretentious elegance.
