A Swedish handwoven wool rug in flatweave rölakan technique, designed by Rakel Carlander. Monogrammed at one end: RC. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The field is composed of twenty four blue squares filled with colorful geometric designs surrounded by two solid borders in beige-grey and charcoal.
