Vintage Swedish shag rug, Circa: 1950, Origin: Sweden. A mid 20th century vintage Swedish flat weave rug. In this case, the flat weaving allowed the author to arrange woolen fibers in fuzzy colors with the texture resembling marble. The middle part is maintained in sandy color surrounded by a nude border. The most interesting part of the antique carpet is created with an intensive scheme of brown, white and yellow colors arranged in order of bricks in the wall. The whole piece is topped with bottle green, which diversifies the entire composition of the vintage area rug. Remember that green looks fantastic with golden additions.
