The vintage Indian rug bears a classic design. Its main field is adorned with diamond motifs and embraced by a simple border. The design is rendered in blue and taupe.

This vintage Dhurrie, made circa 1950, has survived until this day in excellent condition due to refined workmanship. It was carefully hand-woven out of natural materials by a skilled artisan in accordance with centuries-old techniques. Provided minimum amount of care, the flat-weave will withstand many years with no signs of wear, being the centerpiece of any décor.
