This fabulous modern rug is a fruit of an unexpected fusion – it combines the centuries-old weaving techniques from the French weaving center of Aubusson with the pattern inspired by an American hooked rug. Its abstract design, comprising of oblique diamonds in the main field enclosed by a thick border with regular diamond motifs and finished with a plain stripe of mauve at the edges, is very dynamic and will introduce an intriguing geometric stir into any interior.

The composition is supported by a multi-shade color palette including dark and light slate gray, burgundy, carmine, rust, Aegean, navy and pastel blue, beige, peach, mauve, chestnut and beige, among others.
